From my airport hell. How I managed to end up in the layover that seemed to span decades I will never know but at least I charmed my way into the first class lounge. Make friends with the airport staff, children, it will serve you very well.

Jet lag really has no hold on me any longer, thankfully, so I will instead be raiding the kitchen for something to eat and will probably follow that up with a trip to Harry's because it has been that kind of day.

Feel free to join me and feel even more free to buy me a drink.

I just made it out of China - one my way back via train through Mongolia and then flying out of somewhere in Russia.
